Muck away

Muck away that keeps your site moving.

Spoil, soil and inert waste hauled and tipped for construction sites across the UK.

CAC Waste Management provides muck away services made for professionals, and built around service. One number to book the lorries, the same number chasing them, and the same person answering every time; with a straight answer, and updates until the last load is tipped and away. That’s the whole point.

Muck away for you, without the runaround

Ask a site manager what keeps an excavation project moving, and it isn’t the digger. It’s the haulage. When trucks don’t arrive, disposal sites close early, or paperwork isn’t in order, the entire operation slows down. The digging stops, deadlines slip, and the muck keeps coming.

CAC Waste Management Ltd exists to take that off your plate. We arrange the lorries, handle the waste transfer notes, confirm the schedule and chase it so that you don’t have to. If anything changes, you should hear it from us first; not because you’ve arrived on site and the spoil is still there.

Priced by the load, sized by the job

Muck away runs on lorry loads, with a standard 8-wheeler, so the honest way to price it is to know the job. Footings, reduced-level digs, service trenches. You tell us the weight and the material, and we’ll tell you how many loads you really need. We won’t book more lorries than the dig needs. Inert spoil and clean soil go the economical route; clay, mixed loads and contaminated soil need the right tip and the right documents, and we sort the best disposal route so your muck stays compliant without you having to do mountains of paperwork.

Muck away or grab hire?

If the muck is sitting in one accessible heap, a grab lorry that loads itself can be the quicker way to clear it. For sustained digs where machines are loading all day, muck away lorries on rotation keep the site moving. Not sure which the job needs? Tell us what you’re digging and we’ll call it honestly. It’s the same phone number either way.

Trade and business accounts

Running multiple sites? A CAC Waste Management trade account gets you one point of contact across all of them. Agreed rates, consolidated invoicing and priority turnaround. Muck away shouldn’t mean a different haulier every time. With us, you call one number, and it’s the same one that can book everything else.

Frequently asked questions

How much does muck away cost?

It depends on load count, material and distance to the licensed tip. Inert soil is the cheapest route, and contaminated loads cost more because the disposal route does. Call 0330 122 5711 with the weight and material and we'll give you a straight per-load answer with no hidden extras; trade accounts get agreed rates across all sites.

Can you take contaminated soil?

Yes, as a separate documented waste stream. Tell us what the site investigation found and we'll arrange the right disposal route with the right documents. Never let contaminated material ride in an inert load; it's the most expensive mistake on a muck away job.

Do you cover our area?

CAC Waste management arranges muck away across the UK. One number to call, whether the dig is in Norfolk or Newcastle. And if we're already running your skips or welfare, it's the same account manager for the lot.
