Commercial Skip Hire

Skip hire without the chasing. One call and it's handled.

Builders skips through to roll-on-roll-offs for construction sites across the UK.

CAC Waste Management Ltd is a skip hire company built for the trade, and built around service. One number to book it, the same number chasing it, and the same person answering every time; with a straight answer, and updates until the skip’s on the ground and away again. That’s the whole point of us.

Skip hire for construction sites, without the runaround

Most managers don’t have a skip problem, they have a supplier problem. Ringing around, chasing confirmations, nobody calling back. CAC Waste Management Ltd exists to take that off your plate. We arrange the skip, handle the duty of care paperwork and waste transfer notes, confirm your delivery window and chase it so you don’t have to. If anything changes, you’ll hear it from us first; not because you’re looking at the empty spot where a skip should be. And because CAC covers muckaway, welfare, concrete and more, the same number that books your skips sorts everything else out too.

Every size, including RoRo and wait & load

From 4-yard minis for tight fit-out jobs to 8 yard builders skips and 20 to 40 yard roll-on-roll-off containers for serious strip-outs and groundworks. Short on space or on a red route? Our wait and load skip hire gets waste away without the skip ever sitting on the ground. Not sure what the job needs? Tell us what you’re doing and we’ll size it honestly, we won’t size a bigger skip than you need.

Trade and business accounts

Running multiple sites? A CAC trade account gets you one point of contact across all of them, agreed rates, consolidated invoicing and priority turnaround. Skip hire for business shouldn’t mean five phone numbers per project manager – with us, it’s just one.

Frequently asked questions

How much does commercial skip hire cost?

It depends on skip size, location and waste type. An 8-yard builders skip is the usual benchmark, and RoRo containers are priced by size and tonnage. Call 0330 122 5711 for a straight answer with no hidden extras; trade accounts get agreed rates across all sites.

What size skip do I need?

For most trade jobs an 8-yard builders skip is the workhorse. Tight access or small strip-outs suit a 4-yard; major groundworks, demolition or full refurbs usually call for a 20–40 yard roll-on-roll-off. Tell us what the job is and we'll size it honestly.

Do I need a permit to put a skip on the road?

Only if the skip sits on the public highway, then the local council requires a skip permit. On private land (your site, a driveway, a compound) no permit is needed. We can arrange the permit as part of the booking if the skip is going roadside.

When will my skip arrive?

We confirm a delivery window when you book and keep you updated if anything moves. No radio silence, no skip-shaped gap in your programme. If a skip fills early, call us and we'll get the exchange arranged.

What about asbestos, hazardous or contaminated waste?

It can't go in a standard skip, but we don't just leave you with it. CAC arranges compliant disposal routes for asbestos, hazardous waste, WEEE and contaminated soil as separate, fully documented waste streams. Tell us what you're dealing with when you book and we'll sort the right route.
